Your Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help create a comfortable home for our residents by: * Addressing service requests, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/PTAC maintenance, and more.

* Preparing apartments for turnover by painting, repairing appliances, changing locks, and other tasks.

* Ensuring curb appeal through building inspections and upkeep, including snow removal as needed.

* Responding to emergency maintenance needs during on-call hours.

What You Bring * A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

* Previous maintenance experience (required); HVAC experience preferred.

* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

* Mechanical aptitude and skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems like plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliances.

* A strong commitment to safety and effective communication skills.
