• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.

• Communicate with customers via various channels.

• Understand company policies and property portfolio to assist clients.

• Prepare booking forms and agency agreements.

• Assist clients with doentation and contract signing.

• Schedule property visits and accompany clients to inspections.

• Generate inspection reports and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Process orders and keep records of customer interactions.

• Develop and maintain client relationships through support and guidance.
