Job description

Our group is engaged in a solutions business that purchases used income-generating real estate (apartments, office buildings, etc.) and renovates and innovates the interior and exterior of the real estate before reselling it. Our department, Property Management, which was launched in October 2020, is engaged in sales and management work to further increase the value of the real estate to be resold. The main sales activity will be around intermediary rentals, which fill vacant rooms in properties and increase added value for real estate owners.

Monthly salary 330,000 yen to 450,000 yen

Expected monthly income 330,000 yen to 450,000 yen

Trial/training

There is a trial period (3 months)

Holidays and holidays

2 days off per week, Tuesday and Wednesday off. Annual leave: 125 days

Long leave: Golden Week (4 days), summer (9 days), year-end and New Year holidays (13 days)
