Job description

General customer service duties for guests staying at the hotel

Check-in and check-out assistance

Guidance of the hotel and facilities

Responding to customer requests

Preparation and support for dinner parties and events

Meal service, venue setup, cleaning up

Interpretation and translation work

Customer service and document translation using English

Qualifications

Communicative

Good manners and attentiveness

Able to work in a team

Business level Japanese (N2 or above)

Speaking English or other languages is better

Preferred qualifications

Hotel Business Certification

Sommelier, Bartender, Japanese Cuisine Certification

Local Certifications (Hokkaido Tourism Master Certification, Shinshu Tourism Culture Certification, Kyoto Tourism Culture Certification, Kyushu Tourism Master Certification, etc.)

Salary

Annual salary 3,000,000 to 4,000,000 yen

Salary will be considered based on skills, experience, and ability

*Overtime (125% over legal limit)

Trial/Training

There is a trial period (Differs for each hotel/ryokan)

Employment conditions are the same as for full-time employment
