OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven experience in project management within a skilled trade (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong knowledge of skilled trade practices, tools, materials, and industry standards.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus. COMPENSATION

Average: $96,382

Low-end: $62,161

High-end: $122,487
