Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate, financial, and petroleum industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S.

Essential Job Functions:

The Project Manager will supervise the staff and act as primary point of contact for clients that report to our St. Louis, MO office. This full-time role is an in-office position serving Trileaf's Environmental Commercial Real Estate team. The position is salaried. The associated tasks are summarized below:

Perform QA/QC on reports, primarily Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II ESAs, completed by other staff to ensure quality prior to submission

Ensure reports are consistently delivered to clients within strict deadlines

Communicate with clients daily, including promptly identifying environmental concerns and any anticipated delays to report delivery

Participate in business development and foster client relationships

Facilitate the professional development of a team of between 2 to 5 environmental scientists while managing their workload and morale

Perform semi-annual performance reviews of all direct reports Qualifications and Skills

The idea candidate will be prepared to show knowledge and experience in the following:

Experience in environmental due diligence is required

Environmental Professional (EP) status in accordance with ASTM E1527 (Professional Engineer/PE, or Professional Geologist/PG, or 5 years of Phase I ESA or relevant experience) is strongly preferred

Experience managing employees is preferred

Experience with client interaction is preferred

Valid Driver's license Education

Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or related field
