Lead Product Engineer

Lead comprehensive product development projects for automotive components such as ICS, clusters, HUD, HVAC controls, and sound systems. Manage the entire lifecycle from initial concept through final production requirements. Uphold design ownership across all electromechanical components within the Electronics commodity. Utilize advanced engineering tools like Siemens Teamcenter, iSpeed, and CATIA V5 for design, development, and validation. Oversee design release processes and address engineering change requests, DVP&R, and validation issues. Coordinate and support product development events aligned with mechanical development stages, including Lit Mockup and Plywood Mockup sample builds, as well as DV/PV testing phases. Drive quality and continuous improvement by leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for identified mechanical issues, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company objectives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
