CNC Programmer

Design and program CNC software to control the machining or processing of materials for manufacturing precision parts; analyze job orders and drawings to determine the sequence of operations and tooling requirements; develop efficient machining strategies by selecting appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates to optimize production; program and simulate CNC processes to ensure accuracy and prevent errors in the machining process; collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs for manufacturability; perform regular updates and modifications to CNC programs to adapt to design changes and improve production techniques; and conduct quality assurance tests on new programs to validate machine performance and output quality. May need to work in other locations as required.

Requirement: High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent acceptable) and minimum of two years of experience.
