We partner with Globe Life division American Income Life and work with over 40,000 unions, associations, and professional groups nationwide, including law enforcement, educators, veterans, and pro sports teams like the LA Lakers, Dallas Cowboys and Atlanta Braves.

Your role? Connecting with pre-qualified leads and setting virtual appointments for our agents—no cold calling required!

What You’ll Do:

- Call pre-qualified client leads and schedule virtual appointments

- Communicate clearly and professionally with English-speaking clients

- Maintain an organized schedule and follow up on appointments

- Meet or exceed performance goals for appointment setting & call quality

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

- Ability to build rapport and clearly articulate information

- Comfortable working a flexible schedule (9 AM – 9 PM EST, USA)

- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Compensation:

We want this to to fit your needs and finial goals so we are negotiable in this area – Choose between a flat rate per call, per scheduled appointment, or performance-based bonuses on quality appointments
