As a Plant Production Supervisor, you'll maintain safety, quality, and production standards while ensuring compliance with company policies. You'll mentor and coach your team to meet operational needs and support continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily production activities and perform shift walkthroughs

-Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met

-Monitor production data to support CI processes

-Assist with hiring and training of new employees

-Maintain staffing and arrange coverage as needed

-Monitor and maintain ERP, SSFD Operating system data
