Responsibilities:

-Mount printing plates according to specifications, ensuring quality production flow.

-Follow safety policies and procedures, ensuring co-workers do the same.

-Commitment to ISO standards and food safety practices.

-Follow schedules and mounting specifications accurately.

-Read tape measures to "64” of an inch.

-Understand print layouts and keep plate inventory organized.

-Handle unwinds and place cylinders on carts correctly.

-Lay sticky back without air bubbles and trim/mark plates before mounting.

-Mount plates on cylinders using proofs and microdots for alignment.

-Examine proofs and plates for errors and verify quality and registration.

-Measure sticky back thickness with a micrometer.
