Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer Phone calls and respond to emails.
Taking Notes at the meetings
Diary Management
Filing and organizing paperwork
Making Travel arrangements
Providing general administrative support
Performing other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
Spreadsheet and database management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric Certificate or equivalent requirement
