Senior Controller

Seeking a Senior Controller to lead financial operations in a construction services firm based in Columbus.

Responsibilities include overseeing job costing, project accounting, and month-end close, streamlining processes, supporting M&A integration, and ensuring compliance.

Must have 10+ years in construction accounting, extensive job costing experience, and management skills. ERP implementation and M&A exposure are preferred.

The role reports to the Director of Accounting & Finance, managing 1–2 team members. Compensation depends on experience and location, with potential bonuses and benefits.
