Warehouse Laborer

Essential Job Functions

Receive all production and packaging materials.

Ensure accuracy of all deliveries.

Distribute deliveries to appropriate departments.

Package tubs for shipping by Company Truck or on Motor Carrier.

Load all trucks to minimize damage during transit and to maximize efficiency when unloading at multiple destinations.

Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area.

Follow safety procedures specific to the work area including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Maintain tub finished goods warehouse.

Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

Operate forklift equipment safely

Unload containers safely and in a timely manner

Pick and Pull product for customer orders and stage in appropriate areas

Additional Responsibilities

Complete job cross training to assist in other work areas as needed.

Perform other duties and projects as requested by management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to understand and adhere to written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work well with a wide range of people.

Complete knowledge of loading procedures.

Forklift operation.

Knowledge of proper use of packaging materials and equipment.

Work Environment

Normal manufacturing environment.

Eye and hearing protection required.

Work performed inside areas that are adequately lighted, ventilated, and heated.

Potential for chemical odor and dust exists.

Physical Demands

Frequent lifting of approximately 25-50 lbs.

Frequent lifting of approximately 100-250 lbs. with assistance.

Good finger and hand dexterity, with the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry.

Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Frequent repetitive motion.

Standing for long periods of time.

Occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking.

Other Eligibility Qualifications

Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Must clear pre-employment drug screening.

Able to clear a pre-employment background check within Company set parameters.
