We are seeking a polished and professional Sr Legal Receptionist & Switchboard to serve as the front-facing representative of a prestigious law firm in Dallas, TX. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth
Manage all incoming calls using multi-line switchboard; route calls appropriately
Reserve conference rooms and ensure rooms are equipped with supplies, beverages, and A/V equipment as needed
Coordinate catering, beverage, and hospitality services for meetings
Support daily communications including internal office emails
Perform administrative and clerical duties including:
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing calendars and appointments
Maintaining files and scheduling meetings
Monitor staff and attorney locations to properly direct visitors and calls
Serve as concierge for clients and guests: recommend nearby restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
Maintain lobby appearance and supply rooms
Track and manage visitor badges and guest security procedures
Occasionally assist with light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
Requirements
2+ years of professional reception or switchboard experience (legal office preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Friendly, dynamic, service-oriented personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Working Conditions
Professional office environment with standard hours
Mostly sedentary work with occasional standing, bending, or lifting light items
Moderate manual dexterity required (keyboard, phone use)
