About The Position

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team in the CT department of our Level I trauma center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience, possess BLS and ARRT certifications, with AART Advanced certification preferred. Work Environment: The position involves working in a dynamic emergency room (ER) setting with emergent inpatient needs. Our facility is a Level I trauma center, Stroke Accredited, and serves a diverse community. Shift:4 x10 s - 1230p-11p Every third weekend rotation 330p-2a. 24-hour call once every 6 weeks. Responsibilities: Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion. Operate CT equipment efficiently and ensure high-quality imaging. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in on-call rotation as required, responding promptly to emergent situations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience. Current BLS and ARRT certifications required. AART Advanced certification preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties. Work Setting: Inpatient Operating Room ER Level I Trauma Community Hospital Adult ICU
