Job Title: Assembly Line Worker

Job Description

Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce commercial refrigeration and/or commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform repetitive assembly line operations.

Mass-produce commercial refrigeration and heating/air conditioning equipment.

Use basic hand tools to perform assembly tasks.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Essential Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Proficient in performing basic assembly using basic hand tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

One to three months of related experience and/or training.

Work Environment

The facility operates with approximately 250 employees, with 150 on the 1st shift. This position is on the 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 3pm-11:30pm). The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. The facility is not air-conditioned, but fans are used to cool the area during the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.80/hr.
