Insurance Customer Service Associate – Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy

Resolve service requests quickly and completely, keeping clients informed every step of the way

Assist with audits and claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met

Build and maintain positive relationships by owning client issues until fully resolved

Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery

Keep internal records organized and compliant with agency protocols

Insurance Customer Service Associate – What We’re Looking For

A positive, helpful communicator who genuinely enjoys assisting others

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A natural problem solver who takes initiative

2+ years in insurance or a customer-facing role preferred

Commercial or personal lines experience is a plus

Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-moving office environment
