CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist – Precision Manufacturing Broomfield, CO

Are you a hands-on machinist who thrives on precision and autonomy? Join our growing team as a CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist, where you'll take ownership of your work, operate advanced equipment, and help shape the future of our lathe department.What You’ll Do

Operate and maintain two high-performance machines: Okuma L250-2-E and Proteract 1630 SLX (a CNC/manual hybrid lathe).

Perform independent setups, make programming adjustments at the machine, and edit G-code directly at the control panel.

Machine high-precision parts with tight tolerances, ensuring quality through hands-on inspection and blueprint interpretation.

Use manual bandsaws to prep raw materials before machining.

Troubleshoot issues on the fly and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and quality.

Step into leadership responsibilities as needed to support and enhance the lathe department’s performance.What You Bring

Solid experience with CNC lathes, especially in setup, programming, and troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with manual machining tools and bandsaws.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-precision components.

Previous experience with Okuma lathes is a strong plus.Top Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
