Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

Location: Bexley Chamblee

Pay: Starting at $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses, lots of holidays off and paid, and even get your birthday as a paid day off!

Bonus*: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)

Schedule: This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Job Duties Include:

• Daily Grounds Pick up

• Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas

• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities

• Clean Swimming Pool

• Preventative Maintenance

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus!
