Salary Range: $38,00-$43,000

Position Description – What the Role Entails:

This position is responsible for working with various staff within Rincon Family Services and its affiliate organizations, to ensure grant and contract service provisions meet the established and agreed upon standards of reporting, quality, and compliance requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, programmatic, operational, and fiscal requirements.

Areas of Accountability - What you will be doing:

Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding industry regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards for existing, developing, and new programs.

Review required reports and other documents for contract and internal data compliance requirements, with a focus on deliverables and performance measures, before submission to third parties.

Support program Directors, operations, and program staff during on-site audits (internal and external) with data collection and reporting.

Review audit data and work with program directors, operations, and Associate Director to implement appropriate corrective action plans.

Interpret, implement, and evaluate quality assurance data standards.

Collect and compile statistical quality data to prepare reports and to communicate outcomes of quality improvement activities as requested.

Develop and implement tracking systems to monitor and maintain organizational compliance with the renewal and due dates of licenses, staff credentials/licenses, grants, contracts, and reports.

Participate in various organization committees, to share, and collect data for corrective actions.

Inputting and maintaining accurate information into databases or systems.

Ensure that data is organized, up-to-date and easily accessible.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Rincon’s Work Environment – What to expect:

The Data Entry Coordinator must be able to successfully perform essential functions of this job, including transporting paperwork and other materials between a variety of on-site and off-site locations and preparing for activities that may require traveling to off-site locations for functions relating to auditing or compliance. They must be able operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, including a calculator, copier, printer, fax, and scanner. Ability to maintain and compile accurate records and necessary paperwork, digitally and on paper (as necessary).

Ability to protect and abide by all applicable privacy and confidentiality programs within the agency.

Ability to work well independently and with multiple teams, at various leadership levels.

Flexibility to work from various offices.

Position Qualifications – What is required to Perform the Role:

A prospective staff member must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s with 2 years of experience required; master’s preferred.

Previous experience working in non-profit social services preferred

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365), Adobe Pro, the Internet, multiple EHRs and general data entry.

Must pass a pre-employment background checks to provide services to different programs
