We are now hiring Machine Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Machine Operator Job Summary

$17.00-19.73/Hour Depending on Experience

Pay Raise offered at 90 days

The Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of certain Machining Centers. These duties are responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Communicating with shift operators, supervisors, and/or QA regarding needs, questions, problems, and non-conformances, etc.

- Product, containers, and packaging identification and tagging

- Output quality, reliability, maintenance and safety of the process assigned to 1st article approvals, SPC chart verification and compliance, gaging calibration status and operation, verification of carbide insert condition, machine fluid levels and safety devices

- Machine material to specified requirements while requirements while minimizing process verification through in-process inspection SPC charting and appropriate tool offsetting

-Housekeeping and maintenance of production area

Machine Operator Qualifications

Knowledge Required: The individual serving in the capacity of Machine Operator should be experienced in the principles of precision hand tool/gage use, blueprint reading and comprehension, SPC charting and general interpretation, equipment operation, an understanding of Floor Traveler scanning and shift reporting

Production Experience Required

Physical Attributes: The individual servicing as Machine Operator needs to be able to safely lift 50 lbs periodically. Have the capability to bend, stoop, twist, and squat as needed to complete assigned job duties while safely managing 50 Lbs.
