Qualifications

Currently registered or ability to quickly obtain registered PE in state of Ohio

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Registered Professional Engineer

Proficient in Revit, able to teach and mentor growing engineering force

Electrical design experience – emphasis on datacenters, aviation, or industrial is a plus

Desired skills and design experience in healthcare, industrial, higher-education, aviation or datacenters

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills supported by practical and energy efficient design calculations

Track record of leading design teams, controlling man-hours, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines

Strong knowledge of standards and codes

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Professional Engineering (PE) license is a must
