Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in the Columbus, OH office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office functions, assisting leadership with scheduling and communication, and ensuring a high level of internal coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and internal communications
Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support HR and finance teams with clerical tasks as needed
Assist in planning and organizing internal meetings and events
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
