Combination - work both in office & on-site (Miami Beach area) High end complex custom homes Support the PX and PM as part of the team Consulting, documentation, collaborating, research, etc.

Willing to do what is needed to keep the projects moving forward day to day.

Requirements: Must live within a daily commutable distance from Miami Beach, FL Minimum of (3) plus years of experience as either a PE or APM High End Custom Home (knowledge & construction experience) Client and people-oriented person
