Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for operating unique fabrication equipment in the metal bending and cutting processes for large window and glass units. This role requires proficiency in operating all CNC equipment specific to our industry, changing programs for each run, manipulating CNC control panels, and utilizing computer-based programs and measuring equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate saws, brake presses, and specialized equipment for metal bending.
Demonstrate program aptitude and process management on machines.
Identify and interpret digital 3D drawings and reprogram for various runs.
Meet daily and overall production goals for the department.
Utilize hoists and team lifts to move larger pieces of sheet metal or glass material.Essential Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
Experience in CNC machine operation and quality control measurements.
Ability to identify and interpret digital 3D drawings.
1-2 years of experience with CNC equipment and metal fabrication.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC lathe, machine operating, inspection, and calipers.
Experience in metal fabrication and re-training capability on specific equipment.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
