Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for the installation of essential components such as grab rails, seats, panels, doors, and speed loads, along with sanding floors. You will also assist with the installation of IV hangers, drawer catches, and collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to the production schedule while maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities

Install grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sand floors.

Assist in the installation of IV hangers and drawer catches.

Help other departmental employees and adhere to the production schedule.

Cut laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinet assembly.

Prepare boards for builders to assemble cabinets.

Maintain a quality product throughout the production process.Essential Skills

Assembly and production experience.

Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.

Mechanical aptitude.

Experience with power tools, electrical systems, welding (MIG), mechanical production line, and CNC machine operation.Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of manufacturing experience.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a well-organized and clean shop environment that allows you to see the entire ambulance production process from start to finish. The plant operates on 1st shift from 6am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 6am to 10am on Friday, and a new 3rd shift from 8pm to 6am Monday through Thursday. The facility employs 185 people, with a small team currently on the 3rd shift. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with additional safety gear provided.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
