Job Title: Warehouse General Production Employee

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production employees to join our team at the Reno location, where we manufacture and distribute freezer ice packs for the west coast. As part of the team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading ice packs off a machine, working on your feet for extended hours. This role requires flexibility to work Fridays when needed.

Responsibilities

Load and unload ice packs off a machine.

Place ice packs individually on a rack, in a box, or on a pallet.

Stand for 10 hours during shifts from Monday to Thursday, and potentially on Fridays.

Use RF scanner and tape gun effectively.

Collaborate with team members in a warehouse environment.

Handle inventory and order picking tasks.Essential Skills

Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and be open to overtime.

Capacity to lift up to 50lbs.

Basic math skills for counting.

Experience in production/manufacturing is a plus.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in general labor, packing, and warehouse packing.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience with order picking and forklift operation is beneficial.

Candidates must provide their own steel toe shoes; gloves will be provided.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled warehouse with a team aiming to grow from 15 to 30-40 members within the next six months. Shift hours are from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm for the first shift and 3:15 pm to 1:45 am for the second shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
