As they expand operations in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

region, they are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team.

About the Position This is a high-impact role responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on deep excavation and pipe rehabilitation . The selected candidate will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities: Manage large-scale construction projects specializing in deep excavation and pipe rehabilitation Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel Mentor junior project staff and contribute to organizational growth Maintain strong cost controls, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 7 years of experience managing heavy civil projects, with a focus on deep excavation and pipe rehabilitation Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Knowledge of industry-standard project management software and tools Ability to travel to project sites within the Baltimore/DC metro region as needed Benefits Competitive base salary: $200,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Vehicle allowance and/or company vehicle Career advancement in a stable, respected organization with national reach Performance-based bonus opportunities
