Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our team for the 2nd shift. In this role, you will operate a propane-powered forklift to efficiently move materials around the plant and load trailers. You will conduct basic maintenance on the forklift, including checking oil levels and performing safety checks. Responsibilities also include general housekeeping and documentation of work, along with additional material handling duties such as order picking, shipping, and receiving as assigned.

Perform material handler duties, including order picking, shipping, and receiving.Essential Skills

Previous forklift experience (2 years).

Ability to work 2nd shift hours.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to read, write, and understand English.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in material handling.

Ability to work in a large warehouse environment.

Work Environment

Work in a large warehouse environment with multiple forklifts operating at all times. The position requires wearing a high visibility vest and steel-toed shoes. The work hours are from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine. #AeroJobsMEVTPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
