Job Description
Join our team to perform the initial assembly of high-end office furniture using a variety of hand and power tools. You'll be responsible for building and assembling wood products, operating table saws, band saws, miter saws, and interpreting blueprints.
Responsibilities
Perform the first assembly of high-end office furniture.
Utilize various hand and power tools for building and assembling wood products.
Operate table saws, band saws, and miter saws.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Essential Skills
Proficiency in carpentry, cabinetry, and assembly.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Experience with hand and power tools, including miter saws and table saws.
Skill in woodworking and finish carpentry.Additional Skills & Qualifications
6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.
Experience in machine operation is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
Work in a newly built milling department with excellent ventilation and lighting, alongside new equipment and tools. Experience a highly organized manufacturing process. Required dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection (both provided), with the option to wear jeans or shorts during summer. Work hours are from 6am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
