Position Overview

LaRosa Landscape is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Design Build Crew Member to join our team in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. This is a full-time position offering year-round employment with opportunities for growth and skill development in the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities

Install and construct hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

Prepare job sites including excavation, grading, and material preparation

Work with various materials including pavers, natural stone, concrete, and brick

Assist your crew leader with landscape installations and maintenance projects

Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Perform snow removal services during winter months including plowing, salting, and sidewalk clearing

Requirements

Previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred but not required

Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Reliable transportation to work or to job sites

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new skills and techniques

Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
