Operate within a zero loss of containment ethos, overseeing raw material handling, product manufacturing, and quality assurance tasks, along with shipping duties.
Provide vital support in maintenance workflows, under guidance from senior teammates.
Embrace a flexible 8-hour shift model from Monday to Friday, subject to change as per business requirements, with occasional overtime for emergencies or maintenance occurrences.
Maintain operational safety standards by hosting safety inspections and supporting site safety programs.
Participate in safe work permitting and uphold cleanliness protocols in production zones.
Execute technology-driven production instructions, manage product flow, and facilitate material logistics using computer-based systems.
Who You Are: Key Qualifications
Your foundational education is a High School Diploma or GED, bolstered by at least a year in a chemical or manufacturing setting.
Possess the physical readiness to lift objects up to 50 lbs and maintain mobility throughout the shift, which includes ladder and stair navigation.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
What Will Set You Apart
Your extensive chemical production expertise (3+ years)
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
Comfort with automated systems like DCS/PLC
Aptitude in operating manufacturing machinery
Proficiency areas include:
Forklift operations and licensing.
