As the Tucker Agent Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the onboarding process and act as the first point of contact for incoming new and experienced agents joining Tucker. By actively engaging the agent with a positive and thoughtful attitude, you will help ensure that agents are aware of the tools and resources at their disposal so that they can hit the ground running and grow their business.
A normal day might entail:
Managing and implementing the Onboarding and offboarding process for new and experienced agents
Acting as the liaison to MIBOR and IPLA to ensure that all agents are current with their license, fees, and required training
Updating agents’ status within INBiz as needed and send out notifications to the appropriate parties
Maintaining Agent and Team Member files and contracts
Processing agents transferring in to or out of Tucker Referrals
Maintaining and tracking various metrics on new-to-Tucker agents
Producing and creating data reports on new-to-Tucker agents
Creating and distributing the monthly newsletter to Tucker Referrals members
Administering the billing process for Tucker Referrals including invoicing, terminations, overdue bills, etc.
Performing the administrative function of the Tucker Agent Placement Program
Overseeing the annual contract renewal process
Occasionally covering the front desk according to the schedule and as needed

Experience that would be nice but not necessary:
Google G Suite/Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive)
Real Estate Industry office work experience
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00 pm; Monday – Friday; 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: $22.00 to $25.50 per hour.
