About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Chief of Staff to serve as a key advisor to the CEO and a strategic partner to our Executive Team. In this high-trust, high-impact position, you'll drive cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational performance, and ensure that key priorities move forward with clarity and purpose.

The Chief of Staff will be at the center of decision-making, communication, and strategic planning-working to ensure that time, information, and energy are focused where they matter most. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration, can manage complexity, and knows how to translate vision into execution.

This is a new position designed to support CAPSA's continued growth and to ensure long-term success in achieving our mission.

What You'll Do

Partner directly with the CEO to turn strategic ideas into tangible action and measure progress toward key goals.

Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and follow-through across departments.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination across the Executive Team and organization wide.

Improve and implement operational systems to drive efficiency and accountability.

Support key stakeholder relationships and represent the CEO in high-level communications when needed.

Supervise the Director of Projects and Initiatives and the Executive Assistant, supporting their development and alignment with organizational priorities.

What You'll Bring

You have at least of five years leadership or management experience and a strong background in planning and executing strategic initiatives. Whether through a degree or equivalent experience, you've built a reputation for translating complex challenges into clear action. You're collaborative, analytical, and grounded in purpose-ready to support and shape organizational success from behind the scenes.

You'll Excel in This Role If You Are:

A strong communicator with exceptional writing and facilitation skills.

Highly organized, with excellent time management and project leadership experience.

A collaborative leader who can see the big picture while managing the details.

Insightful and strategic-able to anticipate needs, evaluate risks, and identify the right levers for impact.
