Kids Korner Attendant

The City of O'Fallon is looking for an energetic and caring team member for the position of Kids Korner/Stay n Play Attendant.

This position plays an important role in providing childcare services for patrons of the city gym.

Our Kids Korner Attendants enjoy a fun work environment, with plenty of variety in their workdays.

The expected starting hourly rate for this position is $13.40.rnWe're looking for someone who has the desire to provide a fun and safe experience for kids and possesses strong oral and written communication skills.

This person should be able to easily learn department policies and procedures and have knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment.

rnAs a Kids Korner Attendant, your duties and responsibilities will include:rnrnSupervising and ensuring the safety of children in Kids KornerrnAnswering questions from and providing information to parentsrnCleaning and stocking toys, equipment and suppliesrnMaintaining accurate attendance recordsrnAdministers first aid as neededrnAttending mandatory quarterly staff meetings rnrnApplicants must:rnrnPossess knowledge of childcare principles and practicesrnBe skilled in the management and care of childrenrnBe able to work nights, weekends, holidays or other irregular hours, as requiredrnKnowledge of first-aid and CPRrnrn rnThe City of O'Fallon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify
