**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with extensive experience in both mill and lathe operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong setup skills and the ability to effectively train operators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and manage both mill and lathe machines efficiently.
+ Utilize basic inspection tools to ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts.
+ Work closely with and train machine operators.
+ Maintain reliability and punctuality in all assigned tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in operating conventional mill and lathe machines.
+ 5-10 years of machining experience.
+ Excellent setup skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bilingual capabilities are considered a plus.

**Work Environment**
The shop is a bustling aerospace machine shop with approximately 50 employees. It houses 15 machines and includes a debur and assembly department with 25 employees. The environment is fast-paced, reflecting the high standards and excitement of working on parts for SpaceX projects.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of North Hollywood, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
