We’re seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative tasks in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Organize and maintain files and records (digital and paper)
Manage calendars, schedule reservations
Assist with light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks
Support team members with administrative needs
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
