Job Description
This is an onsite role in Rollinsford NH. Candidates must live within a commutable distance from the office and be able and willing to come in 5 days a week. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating production documentation including bills of material, routings, and various customer and internal documents for the manufacture of electronics assemblies.
Responsible for developing tooling as needed for the manufacturing process.
Investigates and implements process improvements throughout the operation including manufacturability evaluation, quality data evaluation, corrective action and tooling development.
Supports the manufacturing, planning, purchasing, sales, quotations, test and quality departments with technical questions and issues.
Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred
2 years of pertinent and applicable experience in the electronic assembly industry

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication skills are required, as it is necessary to interface with all internal departments, as well as customers and vendors.
Excellent personal computer skills are required, including proficiency with everyday office applications.
Proficiency with MK (MRP system) is required.
Proficiency with Aegis Circuit CAM (CAM system) is required.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 requirements are required.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing is required.
Familiarity with the RoHS directive (European Union’s directive on Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) is required.
