Now Hiring: Leasing Professional – Luxury Lease-Up (Carlsbad, CA)

Are you passionate about real estate and customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Professional for a luxury lease-up community in beautiful Carlsbad, California!

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Start Date: Immediately

Hours:

During Lease-Up: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Post Lease-Up: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Greet and tour prospective residents through our brand-new, upscale property

Build strong relationships with prospects to drive leases and renewals

Manage leads, follow-ups, and resident communication via CRM software

Assist with leasing documentation and ensure smooth move-ins

Contribute to marketing efforts and maintain the luxury brand experience

Qualifications:

Previous Apartment leasing experience

CRM experience is a big plus (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, RentCafe, or similar)

Energetic, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Ability to work full-time, including weekends as needed
