We are seeking a skilled Rolling and Overhead Door and Dock Technician with proven inspection, service, and repair experience. The qualified candidate will be competent and experienced with the installation and repair of Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors.

Duties:

· Inspect and Install/Service Overhead Doors & Dock Equipment

· Drive to designated job site. Explain all job specifics to the customer. Complete all install/service needs requested to the customers satisfaction and finalize all service documentation.

· Provide exceptional customer service.

· Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for install, service, sales and preventative maintenance contracts.

· Acquire knowledge of all products and pricing to be capable of pricing, marketing, and selling replacement products and repair parts.

· Further develop mechanical skills. Learn new techniques and remain current with product requirements for installing material to meet safety specifications while maintaining quality workmanship with minimal warranty recalls.

· Ensure job site is clear of debris while maintaining a safe working environment.

· Ability to climb ladders, reach overhead, grip, operate hand tools, and lift 50lbs.

· Proactively anticipate customer/project needs and provide effective, value-adding solutions.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Demonstrates initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.

· Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Possesses a strong safety mindset.

· Clean Driving record/Valid Drivers License.

· Drug assessment/background check
