The Role: Operations Coordinator

The City: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)

The Money: 75k - 95k base

The Ideal Candidate: Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity. Adaptable. Can self-manage.

The Day to Day:

Own and streamline day-to-day operations in a startup environment

Coordinate internal projects and help build scalable processes from scratch

Create and maintain internal systems

Manage office logistics, vendors, and supplies

Support recruiting efforts: schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel

Track and improve team operations as we scale
