Position Summary

We have an immediate opening for a dependable and motivated Electrical Apprentice that flourishes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will join our experienced electrical team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including panels, lighting, motor controls, and more. While solar photovoltaic experience is not required, it is a plus and offers additional growth opportunities within the company.

General Duties & Responsibilities

Support licensed electricians on installations and jobsite tasks under direct supervision

Measure, cut, bend, and install electrical conduits using proper hand and power tools

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems

Learn to test circuits for continuity and verify the functionality and safety of components

Assist with preparation, cleanup, and organization of tools and job sites

Follow all jobsite safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

2–4 years of electrical experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)

Must own all electrical tools, power tool and tool belt

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must submit and pass a background check

Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Ability to evaluate problem areas and take initiative in resolving tasks

Solar PV experience is preferred, but not required
