We are looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience. Please note our Law Firm has a 100% remote team. This job position is 100% remote and will forever remain remote but you must reside in California or Oregon or Washington states. We will not accept resumes from candidates that live outside of those states.

All candidates must be able to work within the firm's business hours which are in the PST time zone (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)

Skills Needed and Job Duties:

Understanding of CA civil discovery procedures (state and federal);

E-filing and service procedure (state and federal)

Understanding of CA Civil litigation deadlines and maintaining the calendar (state and federal);

Assists attorneys in the preparation of pre-litigation demands, letters, and other documents;

Assists attorneys with drafting pleadings, complaints, demand letters, post litigation pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, default judgment packages, evidence, and trial trial;

Organize/maintain litigation materials including but not limited to client documents, motions, and discovery maintaining files/data on cloud based servers.

Communicate with litigation vendors, court staff in various jurisdictions, clients and opposing parties

Assist team with research projects

Assist team with data analysis of client files and firm metrics
