IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Your mission

As an “IT infrastructure project manager”, you will be responsible for the project from the preparation of the project management plan for the mission entrusted to you, its execution in accordance with the defined governance and methodology, and its closure.

The aim of the assignment is to deploy IT network infrastructures to support the Electric Bus load management solution. The equipment will be deployed at around fifty sites.

The estimated duration of the assignment is 24-36 months.

You will prepare an industrialized approach for the deployment of network infrastructures in the depots concerned, maximizing the harmonization of solutions. You will work with our “IT Infrastructure” team to establish guiding architectural principles. With its support, you will carry out an inventory of the equipment in place at existing sites, and propose the best approach to network extension.

You will interact with design offices and technical departments to inform them of our requirements.

You will coordinate the execution of activities (architecture - preparation - planning - deployment - testing - post-deployment support - documentation - handover to operational teams).

In the deployment phase, you will coordinate the activities of our internal/external IT service providers to ensure that the network is set up in synchronization with the site managers, and you will be responsible for the implementation of the network.

You will therefore be required to visit the depots on a regular basis.

You will be responsible for monitoring the project's purchasing, logistical, technical, organizational and financial orders, as well as the associated reporting.

At the end of the project, you will be responsible for the production of “lessons learned” intended to enrich continuous improvement.

Your profile

You have a degree in civil engineering or a master's degree in IT, with proven experience in IT infrastructure management in the industrial sector (infra LAN / network), and 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure project management. You have a bachelor's degree in computer science and equivalent experience.

PM certification is required, enabling you to translate the mission entrusted to you into a project plan in line with project management methodologies, and to ensure proper execution and follow-up.

Your capacity for structured analysis and your ability to adapt to large cross-functional organizations enable you to identify precise project requirements.

As a good communicator, you have good interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact easily with the many players involved in public transport. Your dynamism, organizational skills and leadership are an integral part of your assets.

Risk management and anticipation are two qualities that enable you to operate in environments where the availability of systems must be guaranteed.
