Your Impact:
Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer following formatting guidelines.
Verify the accuracy of entered data, making necessary corrections as needed.
Perform basic mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Utilize basic problem-solving skills to address data discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data entry processes. Your Profile:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in typing and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to problem-solve and identify discrepancies in data entry.
Comfortable working with computers and data entry software.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to sit and use hands and fingers for keying and writing purposes.
Close vision required for working with data on a computer screen. Work Environment:
Daily work in an office environment with occasional time spent in operational departments.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
