Either/Or is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to lead our evening kitchen operations. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, high-quality dinner service, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall health of culinary teams and individuals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural leader, and passionate about food and hospitality. Preferably proficient in speaking Spanish.
Maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
Oversee line setup, timing, and coordination of stations for dinner service.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on daily specials, prep lists, and menu execution.
Train and mentor line cooks and junior staff, fostering a positive team culture.
Monitor inventory levels during the evening shift and communicate needs proactively.
