We’re looking for a Logistics & Import Operations Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to work with a team that values precision, customer service, and continuous improvement.

? What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and manage import shipments from origin to final delivery

Prepare and process customs documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations

Communicate with carriers, brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with shipment data

Support internal teams with logistics insights and reporting

? What You Bring:

1–3+ years of experience in import operations or international logistics

Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and documentation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for getting things done right
