Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Network Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's network infrastructure. This position requires a hands-on leader who is deeply familiar with Cisco technologies, including Firepower Threat Defense, Identity Services Engine, and Meraki solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with active involvement in network operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust global network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security across all systems.

• Configure and manage Cisco Firepower Threat Defense devices, including policy development, access control implementation, and VPN setup.

• Administer Cisco Identity Services Engine for network access control, guest access, and integration with directory services.

• Optimize Cisco Meraki systems, leveraging cloud-based tools for monitoring, configuration, and branch connectivity.

• Conduct regular network performance assessments, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations.

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering skill development and collaboration.

• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to align network strategies with organizational goals.

• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities and plan for future growth.

• Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in network engineering and management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower Threat Defense and Firepower Management Center.

• Strong expertise in Cisco Identity Services Engine administration and policy development.

• Proven ability to manage and optimize Cisco Meraki networks, including MX appliances, network switches, and MR access points.

• In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, vulnerability assessments, and traffic flow analysis.

• Familiarity with strategic planning for network architecture and technology evaluation.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
