Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturer in Bow, NH who is looking for a Office Customer Service Representative on 1st shift. This is a temporary position.
Pay:
1st Shift- $23.00 per hourSchedule:
1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-FridayJob Details:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information
Manage and direct customer requests to appropriate departments
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
Process orders and resolve customer issues or concerns
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide administrative support as needed to other departmentsQualifications:
Basic skills with Microsoft Suite
Experience with INFOR (preferred but not necessary)
Prior Customer Service experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving abilities
